These terms cover use of BookAndBill by venue operators. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

BookAndBill provides booking, payment, ticketing and customer-comms tools on a subscription basis at £29.99/mo per venue. Features may evolve over time.

Payments

Customer payments are processed by Stripe directly to your connected account. You are the merchant of record for your own sales and responsible for refunds and chargebacks.

Cancellation

No lock-in. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will end at the close of your current billing period.
