BookAndBill helps venues take bookings and payments and communicate with their customers. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details for venue operators, and booking details for their customers (name, email, phone and booking history). Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

How we use it

To run bookings, process payments, send tickets and confirmations, and power the features each venue switches on. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights
